DOVER, NH— The 26th annual Cochecho Arts Festival lineup was announced on Thursday, June 7 at a press conference at the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center.  The Festival is scheduled to kickoff on July 4th with an all day celebration in Henry Law Park that will include the Liberty Mutual Fireworks Display set to begin at 9:15pm.
