How To Volunteer

The Cochecho Arts Festival Committee plans and implements the Tuesday Children’s series and the Friday Evening Concert Series, both taking place at the Rotary Arts Pavilion in Henry Law Park as well as Wednesday Farmers Market series which takes place at the Chamber. The Festival Committee begins meeting in January to select the entertainment for the summer. Volunteer opportunities are available during the planning stages and at the various events throughout the summer. If you have a day or two or a month to help plan the festival or are available for several hours on Tuesday morning,  or on Friday evenings, contact the Chamber at info@dovernh.org to volunteer for the committee.

Donate a Raffle Prize

Get your business name out to the thousands of people who attend the concerts by donating a raffle prize!

Last year’s raffle prizes included stoneware from Salmon Falls Stoneware, Spinelli Theater tickets, savings bonds from Federal Savings Bank, gift certificates from Bill Dube Ford/Toyota/Scion, D.F. Richard Energy, Dover Main Street, Gene Paltrineri Photography, Harvey’s Bakery & Coffee Shop, Sweet Meadows Florist, and many more!

Raffle items are mentioned from the stage before and during the Friday evening concerts.

Download the submission form here.

Display and Sell Your Work

We invite you to come showcase your work by reserving space at the festival. Being a Cochecho Arts Festival Artist is an effective way for you to attract new customers in a fun, festive and community-oriented environment. The Festival drew over 25,000 attendees to Dover during the 2008 season.

This year we are excited to present the opportunity to artists to display and sell their work. Space is available on a first come, first served basis along the sidewalk on Washington Street.

Vendors

For this year’s Cochecho Arts Festival we will have vendor space available during opening and closing night. If you are a vendor and wish to participate in this, please download the request form and submit it to the Chamber.
